You can ask us to delete your Tribal Trouble Mobile multiplayer account and the data that belongs to it at any time.

How to ask

Send an email to contact.synthesisenterprises@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Tribal Trouble Mobile account".
Include your username (or, if you sign in with Google, one of your player names), and send it from the email address of the account (for Google sign-in: your Google account's address), so we know the account is yours.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account: username, email address and password digest, or the link to your Google account.
All your player profiles (aliases) and their game results and rankings.
The IP addresses stored with your account.

What may be kept for a while

Server logs (logins, matches, chat) are removed automatically within 90 days.
Encrypted database backups are removed within one year.
If an account was banned for abuse, we may keep its IP addresses on the ban list to keep the ban in effect.

Single player settings and saved campaigns are stored only on your device: uninstalling the app removes them.
